Four Noses has been crafting exciting beers in preparation for their 5th Anniversary at the end of May! They also just released exciting news that they are opening a new taproom and production facility with 30 taps and tons of room for barrel aging in Flatiron Park, Boulder! To celebrate we will be hosting them May 31st and pouring new Blueberry Velvet IPA, new ‘Bout Effin Time DIPA and other new yet to be officially announced treats!

May is a big month for Upslope brewing with two of their biggest events of the year happening two weeks apart: Upslope Get Down (May 11th at their Flatiron Park brewery) and then pouring at the Boulder Creek Festival (May 25th to 27th)! Therefore it’s also a very exciting time in their brewing calendar and to take advantage of that we invited them by right between those two events to share Rocky Mountain Kolsch (new year round can), Tea Shandy (new seasonal), Dry Hopped Brett Saison, and their 2019 Experimental IPA!

Founders was started up in 1997, nearly went under in 2000, became a key player in the extreme beer movement tapping KBS for the first time in 2003, and helped kick off the session IPA movement with All Day IPA in 2012! From creative and wild to refreshing and balanced New Image excels. On March 29th we will be tasting some very unique beers but ones that have already been cemented as favorites of many of our guests: Coriolis Effect is a refreshing, new take on the uber popular New England IPA; the DYAD is a sour after the heart of Boulderites- funky, fresh, and blends in kombucha; and the East Coast Transplant pops with juicy, dank hops like few IPAs can, East Coast or West.

Weldwerks is a fascinating brewery producing fantastic beer! First off, if you have not tried Juicy Bits Hazy IPA it is reason enough to come to this tasting to try one of Colorado’s most sought-after, acclaimed, and just straight-up delicious brews. In addition because our tasting lands right before their 4th anniversary we will be receiving a special batch of what Weldwerks does best - sours, stouts, and hazy IPAs!

The Wood’s High Mountain Distillery was started by brothers P.T. and Lee Wood with the goal of producing high quality products via small scale distillation.  The project started in 2007 and in 2012 they opened a tasting room and distillery to the public.  Lee is a longtime Colorado guy and was even a local ski coach back in the day.  He has been a friend for many years and we are very excited to see the Wood’s products doing so well.

We are thrilled to have Nicoletta Fenocchio from the Fenocchio estate in Monforte d’Alba with us for this special in-store tasting.  Colorado just recently started receiving these wines in the last few years and it is so exciting to have the opportunity to sell them finally.  Fenocchio ranks among the best of the traditional producers of Nebbiolo in Barolo with a non-interventionist approach which includes long macerations and extended time resting in mature Slavonian oak barrels.  Claudio and his family own premier vineyards in Barolo wit

The Grassi family has been established in the ancient village of Casole since 1600 with a history of making wine as well as blacksmiths.  After a long, steady period of grape growing and production the territory was abandoned from the 60’s until 2000 when Susanna and Maddalena Grassa founded I Fabbri.  Their vineyards are situated high up in the hills of the Greve in an village called Lamole in Chianti.  These wines showcase the finest of what Sangiovese has to offer, pure red cherry fruit, dried sage, dust, dried flowers, and mineral.&nbs
