We first offered the '07 Claire Moreau last spring, and it has grown and improved in the intervening months. Winemaker Isabelle David Moreau has crafted a splendid 2007 Muscadet. It shows rich, lemony fruit scents backed by subtle floral nuances and fresh-bread yeastiness that the sur lie aging imparts. The flavors are brisk, juicy, refreshing and dry.
