Steve Rhodes dabbled in winemaking for several years in California before starting his own winery in Colorado in 1996. We have carried his wines for many years now and are thrilled to offer his "best" Merlot bottling. The Ellie's vineyard is named after his daughter. Steve's style is more toward "European" displaying more acidity and structure than brute strength.
